Biography

Dr. Keith Toles Jr. is the Program Director of SNU’s Graduate Programs in Business (MBA, MBA-HC, MSM). His areas of research include strategic management, DEIB, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the SNU faculty, Dr. Toles founded and operated businesses in the sports apparel, marketing, transportation, ecommerce, and lawn & landscape industries. He has also worked in the financial services and information technology industries.
Dr. Toles has a great zeal for leading the current and future generation of business leaders. His purpose in teaching at SNU is to help learners develop a deeper understanding of business. He believes that business helps construct ways to understand and analyze the world. Dr. Toles loves working at SNU because it helps learners not only achieve their academic goals, but accomplish their life goals.
